Finding Your Voice, One Story at a Time
Show & Tell gives every child a moment to shine — sharing their favourite toy, book, or a special memory with the group in a warm and supportive setting.
The primary purpose of Show & Tell is to give each child an opportunity to present their favourite toy, book, or discuss a special event or memory before the group. While it may feel intimidating at first, children grow more comfortable and confident with every session.
At Wundoroo Academy, we believe that teaching debate and public speaking to young learners is one of the most powerful gifts we can offer. Speaking in front of others strengthens confidence in communication and builds the kind of self-assurance that stays with a child for life.
Through this activity, children develop critical thinking, learn to analyze their ideas, and cultivate persuasive abilities applicable across many areas of life — from friendships and school to future careers.
